COMPLAINTS MODULE

The Complaints Module is part of the Incident Management Suite and allows for the reporting of both internal and external complaints. Customized picklist values and fields can be created to capture organizational specific needs. The information tracked within the Complaints from will automatically flow into a real time KPI Dashboard to provide organizations with faster reporting.
